At the end of the Commission’s year-long programme of work, this paper sums up our analysis, and sets out a four-step plan to make government fit to tackle the challenges our country faces.

We launched the paper at an event in Whitehall on Monday 12 July, where the Rt Hon. Michael Gove MP, Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster and Minister for the Cabinet Office, responded to our proposals.
